Courtyard Garden, Braunton

Courtyard garden with Mediterranean style planting and raised pond. The clients wanted a separate tranquil garden to the side of their larger lawned garden. With large stone benches to sit for peaceful contemplation next to a feature pond and sculptural central fountain.

Paul designed this garden to be harmonious in its use of materials and planting. Compacted gravel and local stone blends similar colour tones together with bespoke white granite stone benches. With a set of four specimen olive trees each within a granite setts square. Seasonal flowers are contained by a geometric layout of box hedging. It is a garden of greys, greens, whites & blues for a calm & peaceful space.
